Appalachia I Public Health District is providing much needed health services at the Westside Community Center. It is staffed by a Nurse Practitioner, a Registered Nurse, and an Administrative Assistant. This branch of Anderson County Health Department provides outstanding health services such as immunizations, WIC, sexually transmitted disease testing, counseling, treatment, and women’s Health Services (Family Planning birth control methods). Fees are based on the ability to pay. Insurance reimbursements are accepted. Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome.
